Cancellation Policy

As I can be busy, I ask that you contact myself

3341 6565 or 04 221 444 21 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson if you need to cancel or postpone for any reason.

If not, a cancellation fee of half the lesson cost applies. This allows myself to serve all clients, offering any spare times slots to those learners in need of lessons. This allows me to keep a high quality service to clients.
